For more than 30 years, the MMRC has been at the forefront of pioneering research in inherited kidney disorders, establishing a strong international reputation for scientific excellence and impactful contributions to the field. Building upon this long-standing expertise, the Centre has expanded its research portfolio to include a wider spectrum of inherited diseases, complex genetic traits, and population-scale biomedical research relevant to the Cypriot population and beyond.
